The TTAA is a small group of people
whose focus is on the companionship and versatility of the Tibetan Terrier.
While TTAA members continue to enjoy showing at AKC sanctioned events and will
continue to do so, they now have additional opportunities for education,
conformation, and performance events. “As a departure from registries that
place emphasis on a dog’s looks, UKC events are designed for dogs that look and
perform equally well (UKC website, 2012).”
